This one’s for my yoga friends -
This was so beyond amazingly cool. I took a class with these folks last week. It was pegged as yoga to live music. But that doesn’t do it justice. It’s more like yoga with 2 teachers, one traditional teacher (with an amazing flow class) and the second of whom plays music to remind you to breathe. The instructor guides you through a series, but the pace and flow depend on mood of the class. Similarly, the music guides your breath, but changes in pace, emotion, and volume depending on the mood of the class.
The audio here is a full class. Have a listen - try a bit of the class. See if you aren’t consistently breathing and completely inspired. They are also like a rock band as they are touring all over the country right now and are willing to come see you. I can not recommend this highly enough. It was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. My yogi friends, go talk to your studio owners, talk to your local lulu. Get these two amazing people to come to you!
I love this pose. I love how parallel to the floor she is - I feel like mine aren’t nearly so straight. I think I need a mirror. or a camera.

If I would just do this every day, this could be me too. Also you.
